Moving into the 21st century Alcom, still being a family concern has since come under the management of Mrs. S.D.C Aloysius. With the emergence of the old family system and the new entrepreneurial skills brought on to the table by Mrs. Sharmaine Aloysius, Alcom has been revamped to adopt relational management techniques. An open door has now been granted to Alcom to re-structure and re-market its business to other overseas investors and suppliers. As such Alcom Group of companies is presently diversifying its current portfolio into other areas of businesses including advertising, travels and real estate.
